Acceptance

By using content-cabinfield.click or commissioning a review from Cabinfield Demand Review Co., Ltd., you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

Services

We provide advisory demand reviews, assortment briefs, warehouse walkthroughs, and buyer clinics related to seasonal home essentials. Descriptions on this site are informational. A separate scope confirmation sets deliverables, fees, and timelines for each engagement.

Intellectual property

Website content, briefing templates, and written findings remain the intellectual property of Cabinfield Demand Review Co., Ltd. unless a signed agreement assigns specific materials. Clients receive a licence to use delivered findings for internal buying and operations decisions. Redistribution of briefing packs to third parties requires our written consent.

Client materials

You retain ownership of sell-through data, assortment lists, and other materials you provide. You grant us permission to use those materials solely to deliver the agreed engagement.

Liability

Our reviews support commercial judgment; they do not guarantee sell-through outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Vietnam, Cabinfield Demand Review Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from buying decisions made after a review. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Hanoi, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
