Refund & cancellation
This policy applies to advisory engagements with Cabinfield Demand Review Co., Ltd.: seasonal demand reviews, assortment briefs, warehouse walkthroughs, and buyer clinics.
Eligibility
Fees are refundable only as described below. Informational website content is free and not subject to refund.
Timeframe
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to hello@content-cabinfield.click before the scheduled kickoff or visit. Rescheduling requests should arrive at least five business days before the agreed date when possible.
Full refund
If we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control and cannot offer a suitable new date, you receive a full refund of fees paid for that engagement.
Partial refund
If you cancel more than ten business days before kickoff, we refund fees paid minus any non-refundable deposit stated in your scope confirmation. Cancellations between five and ten business days may receive a fifty percent refund of the remaining balance after the deposit. Cancellations inside five business days are generally non-refundable once preparation has begun.
Non-refundable items
- Deposits explicitly marked non-refundable in the scope confirmation
- Work already delivered (draft findings, completed clinics, completed walkthroughs)
- Third-party room hire booked at your request when cancellation fees apply
Work already started
Once document review or site preparation has started, fees for completed stages remain payable. Unused later stages may be credited toward a rescheduled date within three months.
No-shows
If the client team is absent for a scheduled clinic or walkthrough without notice, the session fee is charged in full. A replacement date may be offered at our discretion for an additional scheduling fee.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least five business days’ notice, subject to capacity during peak Tết and monsoon preparation weeks.
Refund process & method
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method unless another method is agreed in writing.
