Client stories

Notes from buyers and operations leads who used our demand reviews for seasonal home essentials—timing, depth, and floor readiness.

Seasonal Demand Review

“Their Tết linen review flagged our towel depth two weeks earlier than we usually move. We still kept a wider color range than they preferred, but the timing note alone saved us a hurried air freight.”
Lan Phạm — Category lead, home textiles retailer, Hanoi

Warehouse Readiness Walkthrough

“The warehouse walkthrough was blunt about our receiving bay bottleneck before the monsoon bedding wave. We did not rebuild the aisle, yet the inbound week list made shift planning clearer.”
Minh Trần — Operations manager, home essentials distributor

Pre-Season Assortment Brief

“Assortment brief ranked our storage-bin family lower than our own gut. Sell-through later agreed with them, which was slightly annoying and very useful.”
Hương Đỗ — Buyer, multi-branch housewares chain

Buyer Season Clinic

“The buyer clinic gave our junior team a shared way to talk about cover depth for fans and heaters. We still argue about colors, but the calendar language stuck.”
Quang Lê — Merchandising supervisor

Extended note: Tết linen cover for a three-branch textile retailer

In late autumn, a Hanoi textile retailer asked for a Seasonal Demand Review on sheets and towels ahead of Tết gift and home-refresh traffic. Sell-through from the prior two years showed towel depth lagging sheet color expansion. The written outlook recommended earlier towel cover and a narrower sheet color set for the gift weeks.

The buying team kept two extra sheet colors against our preference—reasonable for their brand story—but moved towel inbound two weeks earlier. Receiving stayed orderly through the peak weeks, and the follow-up call focused on residual sheet colors rather than emergency air freight.

Extended note: monsoon bedding inbound for a distributor

A Warehouse Readiness Walkthrough ahead of monsoon bedding found that the receiving bay could not absorb the planned inbound week without overtime. We did not redesign the aisle. Instead, the readiness notes split the inbound wave across two weeks and flagged pallet staging that blocked fan residual stock.

Operations adjusted labor and kept heater samples off the same bay until bedding cleared. The mild friction: documentation arrived late from one supplier, so the second inbound week still ran tight—but without the bay jam that had hit the prior monsoon.
